This is a complete Dio Performance 100CC Kit including the Engine, U-Bolt Mounting Hardware, and Stock Exhaust Pipe.

The included Dio Reed Valve, Window Piston, 21mm OKO Flat Slide Carburetor, Air Filter and Modified Dio Cylinder round out this performance package that will yield tons of torque and increased speed.

General Information First Few Rides go Slow!!!

Obey all traffic regulations. Always wear a helmet while riding. Remember that you are riding a motorized bicycle and other traffic may not be able to see you. Never operate your motorized bicycle on a pedestrian through way or sidewalk while the engine is operating. Never operate your motorized bicycle in an unsafe manner. Check local and state laws before riding on streets. WARNING! ALWAYS wear a helmet while riding.

Motorized Bicycle Starting and Operating instructions:

1. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS: Gas and Oil Mixture for Fuel ratio

The engine is a 2 cycle design, therefore, a gasoline/oil mixture is necessary. During the break-in period (1^st 2 gallons of fuel), Break in ratio for 80cc is 20 to 1, 8 oz per Gallon. After the break-in period, the ratio is increased to 30 to 35 parts gasoline to 1 part oil. 4 to 6 oz. per Gal. depending on use. Before riding and on a periodic basis continually check Nuts and Bolts for tightness. Engine vibration can loosen. ?LockTight? is recommended.

*NOTE: Use only 2 Stroke Oil to insure proper engine lubrication.
